Intake workflow

From request to return

01

Intake request

Describe the machine, its symptoms, and the model details. We confirm the system is in scope for bench repair.

02

Bench diagnostic

Technicians test power supplies, cooling circuits, and optical paths, then log each component finding.

03

Estimate review

You receive a written diagnostic report and a repair estimate. No work proceeds until you approve it.

04

Return logistics

Repaired units are tested, packed, and shipped back with a summary of the work completed.

Supported service areas

Component-level repair scope

Diagnostics cover power supplies, cooling systems, and optical paths. Repair areas are matched to the component that needs attention.

Each service area starts with a diagnostic report, so you see the findings before any repair proceeds.

Handpiece rebuilds

Housings, optical windows, and internal fittings are inspected, cleaned, and rebuilt where the handpiece allows it.

Power calibration

Power supplies are tested against specification and recalibrated so output levels match the machine's documented settings.

Fiber replacement

Damaged delivery fibers are replaced and realigned, then checked for output before the unit returns to you.
